Option 1: Cast to Browser #

- In Pico Headset on Kiosk mode bootup:
- Navigate to Settings “Gear” at bottom and click
- Click into “View Advanced Settings”:
- Click into “Exit ArborXR Home”
- Click Continue
- This will open up the ArborXR OS Window. Click “TV” icon on left side
- This will show 3 different casting options, Select “Cast to Browser”
- Navigate on your device the IP Address in the web browser you want to cast to
- Please note the Pico Headset and the web browser MUST be on the same Wifi Network. (Also note that the name of the Pico device in the lower left will be automatically generated, this is not related to the naming schema of the devices.)
- In your web browser, you should see the “Welcome to” web page, click “Start Screencast” to cast to web browser.
- Once casting, navigate back to ArborXR Kiosk mode by clicking the back arrows in the upper left corner Until you get back into the ArborXR OS Window:
- Click “Continue” in order to go back into ArborXR Kiosk window
To Stop Streaming: Navigate back to “Cast to Browser” and select “End” on right side of window
Option 2: Miracast #
To enable Miracasting:
- Navigate to the device’s settings.
- Select General.
- Scroll down then select About.
- Scroll down to Version Number, then click on this number 8 times. The Developer menu option will now appear.
- Select Developer.
- Select Industry Settings.
- Scroll to the very bottom and toggle OFF Global-Anti Dispersion.
To Miracast:
- Select the “Cast” icon on the right side of the Arbor Homescreen (Looks like a box with arrow)
- Enable Wireless Display if it isn’t enabled, Select the 3 dots menu button in upper right window and toggle on.
- Select the Miracast compatible device.
