- To turn on your Oculus headset, locate the power button and press and hold it for a few seconds until the headset powers on and the display lights up.
- Once the headset is on, you should see the Oculus home screen or main menu. If not, you may need to press the Oculus button (circular button on the right controller) to access the main menu.
- In the main menu, look for the “Quick Settings” panel (represented by a clock or battery icon) and press the Oculus button on the right controller to open it.
- In the Quick Settings panel, find the “Wi-Fi” option and press the trigger button on the right controller while hovering over it.
- Your headset will start scanning for available Wi-Fi networks. Use the thumbstick on the right controller to scroll through the list and press the trigger button to select the network you want to connect to.
- Enter the Wi-Fi password using the virtual keyboard that appears. Use the thumbstick to move the cursor and press the trigger button to type each character of the password.
- Once the password is entered correctly, hover over the “Join” button and press the trigger button.
- Your Oculus headset will now connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Wait for a confirmation message or icon indicating a successful connection.
- You can now download content or use internet-enabled applications on your Oculus headset.
