All legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Colombia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of completion of your survey.
The Contest is sponsored by Futurus, LLC (the Sponsor), located at 500 Bishop Street NW, Suite A4, Atlanta, GA 30318.
Participation in the Contest constitutes entrants full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Survey Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
The Contest begins on May 15, 2020, at 12:01 AM and ends on May 31, 2020, at 11:59 PM EDT (the Contest Period). Entries that are submitted before or after the Contest Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Contest using any of the following methods: Web Form.
Upon your completion of our survey, you will automatically be entered into the Contest. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. The Sponsor will not sell any information submitted during the Contest Period.
Two (2) Amazon Gift Cards with a value of $50 USD each to be given separately to two winners.
On June 1, 2020, the Sponsor will select two (2) winners in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize by 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), June 15, 2020, an alternate winner will be selected.
By entering this Contest you understand that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, the Sponsor may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Contest Rules.
The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void votes for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Official Contest Rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
