Company Description Arena Stone NJ is a wholesale distributor of natural stone products, importing premium materials from around the world. The company offers one of the largest selections of marble, including Calacatta Gold and Statuary, as well as granite and natural quartzites. Located at 690 Washington Avenue in Carlstadt, New Jersey, the facility is easily accessible and just minutes from New York City. Arena Stone NJ has been serving customers across the East Coast for more than 25 years, building long-term relationships with contractors, designers, and retailers. Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at our Carlstadt, NJ facility. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, assisting walk-in customers, and providing product information and recommendations to support client needs. Daily tasks include building and maintaining customer accounts, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role also involves updating the CRM system, tracking sales activities, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive new business. The Inside Sales Representative contributes directly to sales growth and customer satisfaction by offering knowledgeable, responsive service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

Demonstrated Inside Sales skills, including handling inquiries, presenting products, and closing sales.
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships.
Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management to develop new business and grow existing accounts.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone and in-person presence.
Ability to work on-site in Carlstadt, NJ, in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with operations and logistics teams.
Basic proficiency with CRM software and common office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, order entry systems).
Detail-oriented approach to pricing, quoting, and order processing, with good organizational and time-management skills.
Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, construction materials, or natural stone is preferred but not required.
