Job Summary Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC). Benefits Competitive wages ($22-42/hr DOE) Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums for employeeanddependents) Vacation & holiday pay Vision & Dental insurance Life Insurance Referral bonus program Gym membership access Annual holiday celebration(s) Paid training programs 401k w/company match PPE provided Opportunities forcareer advancement Daily Responsibilities Install and re-roof commercial roofing systems: EPDM, TPO, PVC, metal roofing applications, etc. Prepare deck, lay out membrane, install insulation, pipe boots, and other roofing components Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required Use fall protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights Travel and work at various jobsites as needed (Utah and Salt Lake county) Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed Requirements 1+ year(s) experience installing commercial roofing systems is required- we are seeking skilled workers with membrane roofing Able to install most roofing components: insulation, lay out membrane, wrap pipe boots etc. Ability to use a handheld welder/heat gun to weld PVC & TPO membranes Previous experience with fall prevention and safety equipment Has reliable transportation/own motor vehicle Willing to submit background check and drug test Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship) Contact Janice Nunez Office: 385-386-0918 Hablo Español 7/14/2026 $22 - $42 an hour Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
