Your Impact:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Performance Marketing who will play a crucial role in driving our global paid acquisition strategies. You are a hands-on performance marketer to own paid media in the Google ecosystem (Search Shopping YouTube Display). Youll run campaigns day-to-day manage budgets and make the spend work harder. This is an IC role for someone whos equal parts strategic and operational and who lets data drive the decisions.

What Youll Do:

• Run and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search Shopping YouTube Display)
• Own channel budgets and forecasts; manage to CAC ROAS and efficiency targets
• Allocate spend across markets channels and audiences to balance growth and efficiency
• Work with Analytics on measurement incrementally and attributionand turn the results into action
• Constantly test new hypotheses tactics and partnerships that unlock scalable growth.

About You:

• 0-2 years in performance/growth marketing with a track record of measurable results managing large budgets
• Deep hands-on experience managing paid media budgets in Google shopping Ads.
• Strong analytical chopsyou use data to decide measure and prioritize.
• Comfort building forecasts managing budgets and explaining business impact to senior stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of attribution experimentation and conversion optimization.
• Thrive in fast-moving ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership.
• Use AI tools fluently in your daily work held to the same quality bar as your own.
