Job Summary The Elite Job is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Airline Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and inquiries. Provide information on airline policies, baggage allowances, seating options, and special requests. Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Process refunds, ticket changes, and travel vouchers as needed. Coordinate with different departments (such as baggage services and airport personnel) to resolve customer issues. Ensure compliance with airline policies and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Deliver an outstanding customer experience through active listening and problem resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and airline booking software. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet and a headset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Experience Preferred: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or the airline/travel industry. Bonus: Experience with airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo). Working Hours Full-time and part-time shifts available. Must be available for shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on airline operational needs. Remote position, allowing flexibility within scheduled hours. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of patience and empathy for customer concerns. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in bookings and documentation.
