Position:  Mechanical Assembly Supervisor

Schedule: 2nd Shift initially (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)

Future Schedule: E xpected transition to 1st Shift, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, after approximately 4–5 months

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Location:  Fridley, MN

Pay: $28 + DOE

• Supervise and lead employees within the assembly department
• Set clear expectations around safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance
• Hold team members accountable while maintaining a respectful, team-oriented environment
• Monitor production schedules and help ensure customer orders are completed on time
• Train, coach, and develop employees
• Identify production issues and work with the team to resolve them
• Communicate effectively with employees and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Lead by example and work alongside the team

• Previous manufacturing or production supervisory/leadership experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to hold employees accountable while building positive working relationships
• A hands-on, humble leadership style
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Experience in assembly, aluminum manufacturing, or a similar production environment is a plus

• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, reach, and work throughout a manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment and materials
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks as needed to support the production team
